In my own practice, I have always been drawn to painting subjects that are often overlooked or considered unworthy of attention. Whether it’s a simple chair, a kettle, a pair of scissors, or a dilapidated boat, I believe art has the power to transform the ordinary into something extraordinary.

In this workshop, suitable for all skill levels, we will explore still life painting from observation using oil paints. You will be guided step by step through developing strong compositions, refining your colour mixing skills, and building confidence in your paint application.
